Oh, My Goodness! Olimipa and her crew deserve so many Kudos! The job was urgent, complex and sensitive. She completed every detail with thoughtfulness and compassion and went above and beyond! There was no surface that was not cleaned and tidied. We are so pleased with the results. Olimpia responded to my initial contact email quickly and even met me on a Sunday at the space! This type of service was new to me, but she was great at asking clarifying questions and allowing me to give feedback and guidance needed for the situation. The space is now clean and safe. A couple of months ago we had significant water damage done to a small ADU. The water heater tubing had split, causing water to spray in the water heater closet, which seeped through a wall, traveled, and damaged laminate flooring. We had to replace water heater, drywall, flooring, and repaint, plus more. Olimpia’s Biohazard & Restoration Company came to our rescue. Olimpia and John are terrific and have excellent communication with clients. They are very detail oriented and do a great job, including a full clean-up afterwards. I would like to say that Olympia and her partner are very passionate and professional. I had insurance claim due to water leak. They did a fantastic job they were very thorough with their repair. They went above and beyond when they fix my flooring. They are very organized and detail when fixing my floor. They both are easy to work with. If you had any issues they would resolve it. They are a life savor and we need more honest and hardworking people. They are very dedicated in what they do. That is number one that stick them from the rest.
