While exiting the GSP in Toms River, I found myself driving behind an Olin Foresberg HVAC technician van. When I attempted to pass the van safely, the driver began merging directly into my lane, pinning my vehicle between their van and a concrete barrier. I was blaring my horn, yet the driver continued merging without acknowledging the serious safety hazard they were creating. I was forced to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision, which caused multiple vehicles behind me to do the same, creating a very real risk of an accident. Olin is the best!! It was my birthday, I was having a group of friends over for dinner and my AC went out! He answered the phone, promised he would get to me before 4pm, he did and even wished me a Happy Birthday! I highly recommend him, he does great work and he is very honest.

We scheduled a non-urgent visit with Mr. Forsberg on the morning of New Year's Eve. He called ahead to alert us that he was coming, and he showed up on time. Olin was a total professional and saved us from a messy fix of an old heating system we have in our home in Spring Lake. His valve replacement worked like a charm. Incidentally, he was also honest and forthcoming about some other issues we asked if he could handle that were outside of his scope of expertise; instead of bilking us for a half-done job, Olin recommended an expert plumber who could do the job for us correctly. I have never had a service performed at my home so efficiently and professionally as was the case with Olin Fosberg Heating & Air. I had my air conditioner unit serviced twice by another company and my problem only was solved temporarily at a cost of nearly $1,000. Olin called me back after 1 call and looked at my unit on a Friday and determined the problem and was back on Monday with the replacement part. The unit is running like new and he even registered the part for me to acquire my 5 year warranty. Being in the service business myself, I understand customer care. That's exactly what I received from Olin's company and more. I would highly recommend his company.
