Detailed & Professional Five stars isn't enough for this local gem! I recently hired Olivares House Cleaning for a deep clean after several years of maintenance neglect, and the results are stunning. Being local to Woodland and Esparto, I wanted to support a homegrown business, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, their professionalism stood out. They are incredibly attentive, responding almost immediately via text, email, or phone. Their automated appointment reminders made the process seamless. The team arrived and worked tirelessly; they cleaned my entire 2,400 sq. ft. home in just five hours. My house is now immaculate. The kitchen cabinets are so clean they look like they have a fresh coat of paint! The owner truly knows how to run a business and understands the value of quality.

I hired Olivarez House Cleaning to clean a rental property for me. Two ladies arrived during the scheduled appointment time. They seemed pleasant at first, but my first red flag should’ve been when the owner asked me if I was leaving. I had specifically requested that the lower half of the walls be cleaned. To my surprise, they used the same wet mop on the walls that they used on the floors. At no point did they use a vacuum on the floors. I had to personally point out obvious issues, including toothpaste still staining the inside of a bathroom drawer, food stains on the walls, dirty outlets, food residue in the refrigerator, stains on the door, and a dirty kitchen counter.
