Sonia and crew were so professional and completely focused on making sure our wood floors were preserved, restored and brought back to life. I’d reached out to Sonia to come by and give pricing on removing our water logged basement flooring to put in water resistant flooring. Well as my lucky stars were in a line that day, she thought they could repair them and bring them back to almost original. They superseded those expectations by far. Just excellent. I wish I could give Olivas Flooring ten stars because they deserve it. My hardwood floors look amazing! I am so happy with the final result. The customer service and the quality of workmanship was top tier. Olivas gets another ten stars for sure. Sonia is very knowledgeable, patient, and she cares about her customers. She listens. When it came to deciding on the floor color Sonia was extremely helpful. Her husband even mixed colors together to give me more color options. They were on time and finished ahead of schedule. During our recent move, we hired a number of contractors to make changes to our home prior to our move-in date, including interior paint, garage floors, carpeting, stair railings, etc. We chose Olivia's Hardwood to refinish the original hardwood on the main floor and match the treads on our stairs. Sonia and her husband were, by far, the best of all of our chosen contractors. Easy to work with, reasonably priced, reliable, and work that far exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend Olivia's more highly!

If you are considering Olivas Flooring, do not hesitate to choose their service. Sonia is very responsive, professional, and kind. All of the crew were knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. The work was done quickly, but with attention to detail. All of the furniture was moved with exceptional care, and a tarp was strategically placed to minimize the dust. We were surprised by how little dust residue was left from all the sanding. Removing the carpet from the stairs and staining the steps black was a great update. I will definitely use Olivas flooring again.
