If anyone reading this just know that im a new customer I searched and searched all over for a new ice machine. All I found were ppl trying to sell me a 400.00 a month service plan especially for a new one. Its crazy. We'll I found Oliver and told them what I needed and they helped me with the proper ice machine. I have a small Togo resturant and honestly I just needed a small ice machine for my customers to have with their coke. But I told iver I wanted a bigger ice machine so that I may sell ice. We'll guess what it worked Im now selling ice and already making my money back. But to let you know this ice machine is amazing and makes ice realy really fast. I purchased an ice machine recently and needed warranty service for a minor issue. After calling it in a service tech was scheduled in a timely manner and Matt provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about my machine which resulted in a quick fix. I discovered my ice machine was leaking late yesterday afternoon. I called Oliver Refrigeration and Doc was at my house this morning at 6:45 AM (an hour + trip for him). He was able to find the issue and make the repair, all before 8:00!! Doc is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and Oliver Refrigeration has great customer service. I would recommend them for any of your refrigeration needs .
