Olsen Brothers Tree Surgery Inc

This company is he best tree service company we've hired in our 20+ years here in Bellmore. We have large numbers of Arborvitaes around our property, lining our driveway, lining our side yard and lining part of our front yard. They had grown to various heights which was starting to look terrible. We asked Olsen Tree Surgery Service if they could make them all the same height (see picture) and to also take out some of the girth/bulk. They did an outstanding job. They worked quickly, but not rushed. They were neat (cleaning up ours and our neighbors properties). We will be hiring them for any tree service that may need in the future.

This was the second year in a row that we use the Olsen tree service. Mr. Olsen came for the estimate for a trimming service and as a bonus he found the source of the carpenter ants that had been plaguing us for years and the exterminator could not find. The trimming service was expertly performed. The crew and foreman were friendly and their work exceeded our expectations. The fee was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend the Olsen Brothers tree service.

Large job was fairly priced. They were very good and accommodating to our needs for multiple tree and large shrub removals. Would and will use again!

Marked red spray paint on rocks around pool to indicate trees that were to be removed prior to performing the job. Now Cannot get off and when I called the receptionist to ask why /if they would do and how to remove - she curtly replied “ I don’t have time for this. Power wash it “ which of course we had already done and didn’t work. Rude exchanges w other employees as well - would not recommend.

Difficult making an appointment. Uncooperative. Work was worse -- uneven and sloppy. Tried to set up a second appointment to evaluate the effort and could not. Too busy. Expensive, impolite, unprofessional and dreadful work.
