The boards are not evenly cut. I have spaces between boards all over the floor. Some boards are cut narrow some wide, cuts are uneven. Spend lots of money for quality wood but spaces are seen after floor is installed. Would not recommend.

The sales person helping me was very knowledgeable about their products and very pleasant to deal with. The prices were better than the big box store. I will be going back for sure.

I've ordered 10s of thousands of dollars in material over the years and recommended to many people. Then I try to return 1 bundle not too long after the policy states and won't take it. Not cool

My family has been using Olson Floor for over 10 years. Ken and Anna are extremely knowledgeable and provide the friendliest customer service! With so many product lines, great prices and amazing warranties there is no reason to shop anywhere else for your flooring needs. The pick up routine they have is flawless as my trucks will generally be in and out of there in less then 15 minutes! As long as you read the return policy which is stated on the back of your invoice there should be no issue at all with your transaction.

Would not accept returns of unused materials. Even with a receiptn. They claimed they had a store policy, which I'd not indicated on out sales agreement. Now we are stuck with 150 pounds of wood floors. I would never buy here again.
