Have had a couple of emergency calls to Olsons for our furnace and they have been reliable the times we’ve used them coming within a day or so and fixing the problem the day they came out and quickly! Appreciate you coming out and getting our heat back up!

A year ago, we replaced our furnace and AC. Chris was personable, knowledgeable and gave a very competitive quote. I couldn't be more happy with their work and ongoing customer service. Olson quoted and installed a mini split system for us. First off, the quote was significantly less than other HVAC companies here in Wooster. And the install was completely professional. They really did an exceptional job! Don't waste your time with anyone else.
