I am so impressed with the conscientious motivated skilled young people there. Ace obviously does not hire just anybody. Ace is always a pleasant positive shopping experience. Today I would like to give a big shout out to Ryan for going waaaaaay above and beyond. After brainstorming and working at it for quite awhile, he fashioned a raccoon proof garbage can (where I can store bird food). Okay, well I’m not sure yet that it will work but it sure looks like it will. Ryan is a genius! (Considering what he came up with). He didn’t have to do that. He could’ve shrugged his shoulders when I told him I couldn’t keep raccoons out of my storage bins. Instead he spent a lot of time coming up with what looks like it will work. He should try to sell these on Amazon. 😊 Thanks, Ryan. You are terrific.

Re: key cutting prices I always try to shop local. Upon visiting this store to have two keys cut, I was shocked to find that I had to pay $5 per key. $5 would have bought a double lock set at any dollar store. This is excessive. I paid for the purchase since I needed these keys for work. But will not be returning for the same service.

I would highly recommend this Ace Hardware. The are very Knowledgable and friendly. Ethan is an asset to your store. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I had a car key problem and was told at the dealership I had to get a new key because my nail was rounded and it could not open. Ethan tried everything to make it happen and he did! I dont have to pay $110 for a new key. All I wanted to do was replace a battery and get it opened and he managed to figure it out and the dealership couldnt. Thank you Ethan for making my day. Also please note your other employees on staff at 4 p.m. on 11/14/25 was outstanding and friendly.

I needed something for my car yesterday and I couldn't find it in the automotive section, then a nice man asked me if he could help me, I wish I had gotten his name but it was in a different section. Thanks so much!

Haven’t been here in a bit but it is incredibly clean and the staff is the best. The redesign is wonderful and thoughtfully laid out. It does smell like an Ace. I feel like they all have a fertilizer smell.
