We went with this company because of the amazing warranty but they were amazing on the installation process as well and Allied is a great manufacturer. They were in and out in less than 8 hours just 2 guys. Incredible work. Would recommend to anyone asking for AC work. *the new AC unit was having some issues and Justin and his team put tireless effort into coming over multiple times and doing was was needed to fix the issue. Can't thank them enough for all the work they've done*

Best experience we’ve ever had with repair and installation of any appliance!! Justin was courteous, quick but thorough, professional and very caring. Update 10/2/24 - we recently purchased a maintenance agreement with Olympic Air and today Justin did a full check of the equipment, made some adjustments and provided a full report with pictures. Excellent service!! Update 4/7/25 Another full maintenance check that was excellent! Update 8/25/25 Fall maintenance check, again, excellent service! Update 3/9/26 continued maintenance with top notch service! Justin took the time to explain everything in detail!! Great job!!

I contacted Justin with Olympic Air to inspect my AC unit and perform standard maintenance. Olympic came out and repaired our AC system and replaced the Freon in it. He did an awesome job with quality service. Justin was very knowledgeable and detailed when he did the initial inspection and also sent photos of the job during and after it was completed. He allowed us to borrow a portable AC unit for a week until the repairs were completed for no extra charge. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, affordable work.
