Olympic Door & Trim

I went to Olympic Door and Trim looking for a few pieces of hardware for my new door that was just installed. I wasn’t sure I was going to be successful in my search. I was overwhelmingly surprised when, after the staff here searched and searched through all their hardware, finally found the 3 pieces I needed. Not only that, but they were very gracious and offered me the pieces without charge. I’m sorry folks, but it’s very hard to find that level of customer service these days. I would highly recommend Olympic Door and Trim for your next project or hardware needs. A+

I’m very happy with the 2 doors purchased from Olympic Door and Trim (ODT). We visited the showroom/warehouse in Tumwater and this was a pleasurable experience. All our questions were answered resulting in an order for 2 doors. The owner promptly came to our home and completed measurements. He said the doors and installation would be 4 weeks. Today, our fire door to the garage and the vented water heater door were professionally installed. The color match was perfect and the doors are beautiful. I highly recommend ODT for your doors. The team at Olympic Door is AMAZING! We recently had a sliding patio door replaced with a single door with sidelights. The entire [Olympic Door] team was very professional and amazing to work with. They took the time to understand our needs, make suggestions, provide us with a great product, and a great door installation. During the installation, the team continuously cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area cleaner than when they started. You can now see a great door leading to our backyard all the way from our front door. The product is also a superior product compared to the door that it replaced. Would have loved the opportunity to work with this company. After an initial connection where they provided a quote, I followed up 3 times to figure out next steps to get my entry door ordered. I received no response to any of my follow-up inquiries. Unfortunate. 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely suggest Olympic Doors. Recently had them out for a rental property, the wrong door was ordered but Olympic made sure to correct the issue in a timely manner. Their office staff and install team (Russ and Eric) all have a great attitude and are wonderful to work with.
