Dan, the manager on site was at our house reliably each day at 7:30am supervising and was available for questions at anytime. We've worked with O'lyn twice over several years. We have a large Victorian house that's over 120 years old with a slate roof in Brookline. O'lyn was responsive and gave us a comprehensive quote quickly. The price felt high, so we shopped around. We could not find a significantly lower price or a company who felt was more reliable. When hired, they did the work in the time frame they said they would. They found another issue while working that raised the price quite a bit. After considering the alternatives, we approved it. At the end of the day, we spent a lot and had comprehensive quality work done. Several months later in the cold weather we had a gutter leak that caused ice on the front steps.
