Omega Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Have used Omega before for home and commercial needs. So when we had an issue at our house today we called them again. The man on the phone was polite. A plumber was out within 2 hours. He was well informed and politely and patiently answered all my questions. He was neat, efgicient and very kind. I’m very pleased…5 stars!

They really stand by their work. I had an issue with the extractor pit. They had installed a new pump for me about a year and a half ago. I called and they were there in a couple of hours. The plumber, Joe, found an issue that was caused during the original install. They did not charge me for the fix. They were fast and efficient. Great company. Very honest and knowledgeable!

Today we had Omega install a new sump pump. A few weeks ago we had them install a new water softener/filter system. In each case the quality and workmanship were outstanding. The technician, Colin E., was courteous, friendly and efficient. In particular, the piping for the water softener/filter system is a work of art. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Omega for all of your plumbing needs.

Joe is great! Arrived on time with a smile on his face. Looked at the issue and explained what he needed to do to fix the issue. Shared how much it would cost and got the job done. Great personality and a pleasure to have in my home.

Dan Johnson came out to provide an estimate for some repairs at our home, and he was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring about our concerns, and both professional and friendly. He was also timely and respectful of our schedule. Based on this experience alone, we feel comfortable and confident moving forward with services from Omega.
