Very quick and informative. He made my carpet and rug look brand new! I didn’t think I could get the extensive water stains out but he sure did! So beautiful! Thank you! I had the carpet in all 5 bedrooms, the hall way and the stairs cleaned by Omega Steam, and they came out better than I ever expected. They also cleaned my tile and grout in my entryway, kitchen and bathroom, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I am beyond please with how professional they both where and their attention to details. With a dog and two boys, I will definitely use this company again! I feel like I have a brand new home!

Omega steam did an awesome job on my carpet. He got out stains that I wasn't sure would come out because I had tried to get them out with the rental machine from Kroger. He came with one day notice and his price was really reasonable for 5 bedrooms and a living room.
