Omega Tech Service installed our new HVAC air handler in the attic, and the job was done clean and professionally. The unit was properly secured, duct connections were sealed correctly, and the condensate drain line was installed neatly with the correct configuration. They paid attention to detail, made sure everything was level, insulated, and compliant. The wiring and connections were organized and done safely. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! IF YOUR INSURANCE SCHEDULES YOU WITH THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR SELF TIME, MONEY AND A HEADACHE! This company is absolutely unprofessional. To start when we called on Monday 10/20/2025 we scheduled and told by the rep that a tech would be out on 10/21/2025. Later that night we got a text message stating that tech would not come until 10/24/2025. My husband called with the discrepancy and was then told someone would be out 10/22/2025. When my husband called he specifically told the representative the code that showed up and that it was completely out and the compressor was out. The rep told my husband to text the label of the specifics of the refrigerator so that they can order the compressor and the tech can have it on Friday. (This text with the label was sent on Tu

Needed a repair for LG refrigerator. Scheduling was easy and the company was very responsive with notifications. I had 2 visits by a very knowledgeable and pleasant technician. First was for diagnostics to order parts and then the repair itself. Parts came fairly fast and appointment set quickly after diagnostics. You can tell that the technician was very experienced in repairing LG refrigerators. Will definitely use them again for any appliance work.

Technician arrived promptly and replaced the compressor on my refrigerator effectively and efficiently. He was very nice and courteous. The cost to replace the compressor was covered by my insurance. I also had him conduct maintenance on the coils which was not covered by my insurance but was at the sale price of $95. I thought the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

Omega had the parts ordered and delivered to my home. They promptly made a repair appointment after the parts arrived. The technician provided a 15 minute notice prior to arrival within the time period that was scheduled. The technician was professional, friendly (ever with my 85# Doberman), and was done within the 20 minute time frame he said it would take. A very good experience.
