We had a the unit go out in our wine cellar and Omega was listed as the closest people that could service it. James came out promptly and told us what the repair would cost and how much a replacement would be. We decided to replace the unit. He told us three days to manufacture the unit and three to ship-from California. Two weeks later and no word from him. Wouldn’t answer my calls so I asked my husband to call. He answered that call and said the unit had arrived damaged so he returned it and they would be shipping another. Now he won’t answer my husband’s calls either so today I called the supplier. They said they had given him an estimate for a replacement coil a month ago but never heard back about anything else. Couldn’t find an order for a replacement unit at all, much less a retur

Igniter problem with cooktop, and "reputable" Thermador repair guy from Charlotte came out to fix it... and nearly destroyed our $5K unit. Left it like that, then called a week later to say new parts didn't exist... and that was that. I saw previous reviews on here, and didn't want to call Omega... but had no choice. SURE glad I did! Hard time finding parts, but my cooktop is totally restored... and after just 2 weeks after contacting him. VERY nice workmen, and have NO clue what the previous negative reviews were all about.

If I could give James a zero I would!! Came out to look at Viking stove and said he needed to order a few parts, be back next week. Never heard from him again after multiple phone calls and texts!! Don’t waste your time on this guy he is not honest. He has a reputation of this type of business behavior. His business is a joke!!! Obviously disappointed, jerk!

James provided an excellent and professional service... pre Covid disassembling our appliance to determine the defective part... and after 4 months waiting to get part from manufacturer... reassembling everything! Works perfect again! Highly recommend!!
