I purchased a foreclosed house in 2010 with the intention of renting out the property for additional income. However, the property was in very poor condition and I didn't know where to start to fix the house up. I contracted Omni Contractors to completely renovate the house and was amazed at the results. I've had the property renting for over $900.00 a month, which is well over what I was expecting the rent the house out before the renovation. I would recommend using Omni for any flips or rental property, even for your own home.
