Omni Exterminating Termite And Pest Control

We rented a home in 2018 and were there for two years. Neil came out sprayed our yard and did our house every 30 days. So of course since we returned to Hinesville after retirement we called Neil again to spray our yard and home again. He is always polite animal friendly at least with our big boy. Plus every time I call the companies phone line his father is so nice and love how their customer service is.

I have been with Omni for over a year and I love this company! Neil is really personable, professional, thorough, and is really knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I highly recommend them.

Very nice people! Family owned and operated, local business! I’ve used another, very prominent, local company and I just wasn’t happy! Neil gave me a complete explanation of my issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved on the first visit! And it WAS!!! They weren’t pushy about future visits and did not lock me into a crazy contract. This morning, I was scheduled for a follow-up and I left before he got to the house to spray. I called the office, thinking I had mistaken the day but was told that Neil had been running behind. I was happy to reschedule but he came right out. I was referred to OMNI by a neighbor. Neil responded so quickly and was able to schedule me in and accommodate my scheduling needs. He was friendly and efficient. You could tell he was just a great person with great customer service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing their services.
