I had a great experience with my recent AC repair service. During the yearly maintenance check, Eric, the technician, discovered that the outdoor AC unit wasn’t getting any power. Luckily, there was also a generator repairman on site who took a look at the generator load device box and found a bad circuit that was affecting the AC’s power supply. Once that circuit was bypassed, Eric was able to finish the AC service and got my air conditioning running smoothly again.
