After so many years OMG let me count the many ways Todd and I love Omnibus AC. Mike took amazing care of us (again) after our AC stopped working on a 115’ AZ summer day. And Jaime went above and beyond to run out and get parts the motor so it was fixed the same day A++++ reliable, polite, knowedgeable.

Had a great experience with Omnibus. They came out and installed a replacement compressor in my aging AC unit. Chad is the lead maintenance tech and he was awesome. He was on-time, friendly, and took time to explain things to me. The job was done right! I'll call them the next time my AC goes down.

Working with Mike and Danny has been amazing. Great communication! Highly recommend.

I am the manager of an Apartment Complex and we used Omni for several years and as of today I will no longer call them the dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were lied to by the tech and instead of receiving good customer service I was left with the job of finding a new AC company that knows that a good business has good customer service.

They were professional and honest. Getting a new unit is painful. They really went above and beyond with scheduling and getting it done quick in the blistering middle of summer. Thank you.
