Nathan helped us out a lot with a leaky shower faucet that was out of my league. He provided an estimate that was very close to the $$$ number I thought it would be and discussed our options. He was very professional and conscientious about our carpets.

We had a clogged toilet at our office, the only toilet. We needed help fast. Nate Hemmer came to our rescue!! He was professional, on time, and fixed the issue quickly. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. Nate from On-Call Plumbing is awesome. He came to my house last minute on a Friday to fix a hose bib that had been leaking for quite some time. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he did and how he fixed it. Other companies told me the entire hose bib would need to be replaced, but Nate simply replaced the knob on top and solved the problem. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest, practical, and willing to go the extra mile instead of pushing unnecessary work. I really appreciate people like Nate and will definitely continue working with On-Call Plumbing in the future.

Josh Franklin, service manager, personally handled our HVAC compressor replacement and did a fantastic job.
