When a smell started permeating one room in our house I suspected a rat must have gotten into the attic and died. I made my way over to the area in the attic and to my surprise found a dead full-grown raccoon! I've got a relatively new house that seems quite tight. How could that have gotten in there? Fortunately a neighbor who'd had rats in his attic had solved his problems with On Point. When I told him about the raccoon, he showed me exactly where it could enter. Cristian and Will have done an absolutely amazing job!! These poor guys were up in that hot attic for a long time, carefully balancing on the beams in the extreme heat! The cleanup of bat guano is quite the process. They were originally scheduled to come back in December, but they moved it up to November 15th and showed up promptly at 7 am. They definitely worked their butts off until the job was finished. This is an expensive service, but I completely understand why—it requires specialized equipment, and it’s extremely time-consuming and difficult work. I also want to give them kudos for pointing out that I had lint buildup in the attic, which meant my dryer vent was clogged. When I had my insulation installed one section of my duct got crimped and would not blow air out of one vent. I called to let On-Pointe know of my issue. The very next day Roel came and replaced that section with no cost to me! He was kind, helpful and replaced it quickly. He also took pictures to show me the finished duct! I never expected to get such quick and efficient service! Roel did an amazing job and I really loved the respect he showed for me and my property! Roel was awesome, he was very polite, professional and helped us with a recessed light that had fallen from the ceiling due to the raccoons in the attic. They were very humane with the mommy and her babies, though I am sure mommy didn’t want to have to move them. He is a great asset to the company and I would recommend them to everyone.
