Wonderful Team. Our furnace went out with this latest snow storm. The came same day to diagnose. Got a temporary fix same day. Then complete repair next day. Could not ask for friendlier, faster service. Due to my furnace being older, the replacement part was pricey, but service was super reasonable, trustworthy and reliable!

Jason was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to fix my furnace on the spot! Didn't try to upsell me, but just fixed what needed fixing, and told me about a couple things to keep an eye out for to prevent/catch future potential repairs. Would 100% recommend On Target for your heating and cooling needs!

Our furnace went out in the early afternoon on Saturday, January 24th. We had a few space heaters that we knew we could get by with so rather than calling for help then we waited until Monday morning (today). We called this morning and Jason was out just a couple of hours later. The part we needed was only available in Cincinnati, due to most places being closed because of the snow.
