We lucked out finding Progressive Carpet & Mike! Our basement unfortunately flooded and Mike came in to do the water restoration and carpet replacement. We have been so happy that he has also cleaned all of our carpets and even replaced the rest of the house. Trusty and reliable. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Mike's service for the last nine years we have lived in Springboro, and would not use anyone else. Whenever his crew leaves our house, the carpets look spotless and the whole house is freshened up. We have a dog (which I am sure every carpet cleaning service loves), and it has been through Mike and his crews awesome efforts that have kept us from pushing him, his dog bowl and doggie bed out to the garage! His prices are excellent, and he always shows up when he says he will. If he is running late, he has the courtesy to place a call.

Most importantly, I trust him around my family when he and his team perform work, even if I'm not home.
