We recently hired Ian from On The Level Handyman Services to replace our porch, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Ian’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were truly exceptional. The new porch looks absolutely incredible, exceeding our expectations in every way. Ian is awesome. Was referred to him from my neighbors. Incredibly reliable and solution driven. We have some deck stairs and rails that were about to fall apart. Was hoping to be a quick fix but Ian discovered a lot of rot and missing cement foundation. Was cool to see the structure of the stairs remain in tact but a nice face lift with all new wood and rails. Pics of progress and complete before I apple paint. Thanks ian!

Ian's careful attention to his craft and our needs combined into a beautiful piece that can be considered a work of art all its own. Our wish was to have an experienced and reliable craftsman create what would look like an original part of the interior structure of our 120 year old Newport home. We got much more, we got Ian. Always reachable and open to ideas, Ian was easy going but somehow extremely efficient at the same time. Anyone who has needed to rely on any kind of home services or repair knows what a rare combination that is. The result was way beyond what we expected and it is the very first thing new visitors to our house rave about. We can't recommend Ian, his outstanding work and his attention to customer satisfaction highly enough.

We hired Ian with On The Level Handyman Services to dig out an old stone walkway that had been buried over the years, and try to restore it. In one day, he had the hidden stones unearthed, the new path carved out and compacted, the stones relayed, and the grass replaced around the stone. Now it looks like the charming stone pathway that it was meant to be. Thanks, Ian!
