Wonderful experience! I had a 8’x16’ POD packed solid, so I called Surv and spoke to Yousra, a delightful person, and with her suggestion, hired Gio and Carter. They completely emptied the pod with the majority having to go to the 2nd and 3rd floors and not a scratch on items nor damage to the townhouse. Shocking to see them move a queen size adjustable bed to the top floor with complete ease! Very professional and polite guys. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend this company. Thank you again Surv …. you certainly produced the WOW factor.

Excellent service from SURV. Communication was great, and the technician, John, was outstanding. He went above and beyond and the quality of his work was top-notch. We had our own shed doors and hardware, and he didn’t just install them, he reinforced them with extra bracing, added latches to make them wind-tight, and custom fit everything so it came out rock solid. In two days he re-caulked our bathtub, installed a closet door and sliding closet doors, fixed window latches, installed an exhaust fan, improved the exterior vent, and replaced an exterior door while reversing the swing. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and the pricing was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work. We’ll definitely use SURV again. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All around this was a great experience!!! Very helpful staff over the phone, and in person, going out of their way to help us on our project. “Assemble an antique bed”. We were lucky to be able to book the job the same day we called! They sent a young, strong , and knowledgeable man with a great smile and disposition! His name is Kye. What for us was an insurmountable task, he figured it out and put it together easily and carefully, always with delicate hands reflecting he understood the value of the piece. It’s great to have a place like Surv, to get local help for projects around our home. Thanks!

Isiah & Cordell moved a piano for me from basement to 1st floor. They did an excellent job. After assessing the plan they realized they needed extra hands to ascend deck stairs with the piano, called someone and 2 more guys were there quickly! Isiah & Cordell needed some frozen snow off steps to safely access with the piano ; I had no snow-melt product. They quickly found a couple of garden tools and banged & swept the snow away from their path! These young men were resourceful, knew what they were doing, & very pleasant to work with! Great experience with SERV so far. Their communication has been excellent from the start, and I really appreciate how efficient and organized they are. When we had an urgent issue with ice dams, they were able to prioritize it and get out here quickly before it turned into a bigger problem. Pat, the owner, came by personally, which was great, and it was really nice to meet him and see how hands-on he is. Dan also came out to go over our upcoming projects and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to everything I wanted to address and walking through it carefully with me. I do a lot of things myself, but there are some jobs you just can’t or shouldn’t do alone, and it’s awesome to have a company like this to help fill in those gaps.
