Orin did a wonderful job fixing our dishwasher and was able to fit our repair into his busy schedule. He was even able to get the repair covered by warranty. Solid service and good communication. Would highly reccomend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with On-The-Spot Appliance Service! I was in need of a new motor for my LG dishwasher, and Orin and Barbra came to the rescue. From the moment I reached out to them, their customer service was exceptional. Not only were they able to quickly source the necessary part for my dishwasher, but they also went above and beyond in their kindness and professionalism. Orin and Barbra were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Despite my offer to compensate them for their time, they insisted that I didn't owe them anything, which truly speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction. Called Maytag about a warranty claim, they scheduled an appointment for me from 8-12 the following Tuesday, on spot appliance called me about a week later and said they would be there mid afternoon. I told them no and that I needed a morning appointment. So we scheduled 8-12 for next Tuesday. Well they call me today and asked if mid afternoon worked for me tomorrow… what a joke if I could give zero stars I would. Learn how to listen to your customers

Couldn't recommend On-The-Spot enough! My husband and I have been renovating our house, and had recently received our new oven from Home Depot. Amidst renovations, a hammer shattered our cooktop. On-The-Spot was super helpful throughout the entire process -- from the second we filled out a repair request, we were greeted with friendliness. Barbara was so kind + informative during each interaction. Orrin was so handy + quick at getting our new cooktop installed (not to mention: it arrived so fast!). We just were so impressed with this business. Hopefully we won't ever need another repair - but we know we have found a trusted, local business in case we ever do. 10/10 recommend On-The-Spot Appliance Service! They set the bar high.

My up-right freezer went out in the middle of the night. I called on-the-spot appliance first thing this morning. They were super busy and were not able to come today. They were still very caring and polite and referred me to a different company. With it being a freezer, its kind of emergent and they knew that. I was very appreciative of that. The company they referred me to came out within an hour. Even though this company did not service my appliance, I would highly recommend them. If their services are as good as their customer service, im sure their amazing!
