On Tide Handyman and Remodeling LLC

Billy Palmatier, owner of OnTide Handyman Services (who BTW blocked myself and my husband from seeing anything he posts) wants to act like a victim. He is NOT. We had a clear time line that was communicated at the start of our project and repeatedly communicated throughout as the due date on our timeline approached. Billy promised me repeatedly that he would be able to meet that deadline. The deadline came and passed without Billy meeting it. When we asked for receipts of the product that was ordered (handrails for our front porch) he then ghosted us. Did we call often - yes! How else are we to get in touch with someone when they ignore you.
