On Time General Maintenance

One of the best companies I've hired. Was looking to remodel my kitchen and got referred to "On Time General Maintenance", they were on time, precise and very detailed with explaining to me the steps and process of the job at hand. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

I have worked with Chris for years and there isn’t anyone as trustworthy and professional as he is. If I for something to be done and there is a less expensive way…he will call me and recommend it. I am 100% comfortable with Chris going into my home or managed properties without me being there. If I could give him 10 stars….I would!

Chris and his team did an excellent job! They completed multiple tasks such as caulking toilets, repairing holes in the walls from prior installations hanging pictures, and assembling office furniture. They were very professional and willing to do whatever tasks were requested.

Do not believe the reviews. This guy Chris came to my residence and then after multiple fake follow ups and telling me another day on coming back he then went ghost mode. I find this non professional as you had me and family waiting to fix something and leading us on in coming back with the part but wasted our time instead of being up front if you couldn’t do it nor had time to. It’s clear communication and no way they deserve the rating they have if people like this work for the company. Don’t believe the rating it is all smoke and mirrors.

They installed air vents and our Nest thermostats. They were competitively priced, professional, easy to get in touch with, responsive - everything you’re looking for when you need help. Will be using their services again. Highly impressed and highly recommend.
