Amir was a GREAT & efficient service tech. He was the quickest to respond, worked lightening fast & got my heat running on the coldest day of the year. I had installed 2 premium Ecobee Thermostats, which complicated an issue during an extremely cold patch. He took the time to fix the dampers, thermostats & programming problems. In the middle of a school break, with 3 kids home, my internet and dishwasher went down bc of an electrical issue. I was panicked. How am I going to survive the next few days with no internet?! I reached out to 3 or 4 mechanics, and Amir was the fastest, most empathetic person. He messaged AND called, set an expectation with timing that he kept and fixed my issue in 3.7 seconds flat.
