On Time Home Experts

I was looking for a service to clean my dryer ducts. On Time Home Experts immediately texted me and then called me. I had a same day appointment. I was kept abreast on the time of their arrival. Terrence was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and was able to solve my clogged dryer quickly.

UPDATE (12/6/25) – While the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning the carpet, the overall experience was disappointing. The service I was originally quoted somehow doubled in price after the technician recommended an additional shampoo treatment, leaving me paying far more than I had anticipated. I was also told the carpet would take approximately 4–6 hours to dry; however, it actually took a day and a half. During that time, my home had a strong wet-dog odor, likely due to the extended dampness combined with the recent rain. I have attempted to contact the company to express my concerns, but I have yet to receive a return call. Although the quality of the cleaning itself was good, the unexpected price increase, prolonged drying time, and lack of follow-up

Terrence was great he took time out and explained every detail about getting my carpet cleaned. I was amazed how everything turned out he did a wonderful job he went above and beyond the work he done today, I really appreciate this young man my carpet looks amazing.
