I had an excellent experience with Julian & Michael. Julian handled the tankless water heater flush thoroughly and professionally, everything was explained clearly. Michael also did a great job with the furnace tune-up. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was operating efficiently before he left. On Time has been nothing but professional since our first encounter when we replaced our HVAC system. They are knowledgeable and reliable. I appreciate that they are communicative during the arrival window, sending a text with a photo of the employee 15-20 mins before their arrival. We have mostly had Michael attending our install and services, and he is wonderful! He is very professional and honest, and remembers our home and family from visit to visit. He is very personable and we appreciate him! Thank you!

Sue promptly scheduled the appointment and On Time Home Services arrived at my home on time. Carlos was excellent. He helped me set up my new Google Nest thermostat and helped with the app. I thought the service fee was reasonable, and then offered me their annual service for also a very reasonable fee. What a pleasant experience it was.

Good company, they installed my central heat pump and worked with me to get a custom, central multi zone system installed. I've had good experiences with their techs that have come out to do regular system check ups as well, most recently Tony came out and was professional and checked everything. Happy to have an ongoing relationship with this company.
