It is my pleasure to recommend On Time Roofing. Our stucco house has two flat roofs with red clay Spanish tile borders. I sought out estimates from four companies and chose On Time roofing because they provided detailed photos and the most thorough description of work to be performed. Additionally I read reviews from other customers, and discussed the project with the owner, Mario, who is very professional and personable. The estimate from On Time was not the cheapest among the four companies, but it was the one that gave me the most confidence about the job to be done. In all aspects, I'm glad I selected them. The new roof looks terrific and they did a great job cleaning up the work site afterwards. I definitely will be using On Time Roofing for any other projects or repairs.

On time roofing owner Mario & his crew did a great job installing a new roof & soffits vents they were honest respectful to me & my property. At of all the contractors I met with only Mario went up on roof & walk to find some serious issues & went in my attic to find out there wasn’t no soffit opening to help ventilate the attic. Attic was getting to a 140 degrees All other contractors were using drones to tell me if I needed a roof & trying to give me a price if you need a new roof I recommend on time roofing everything on a timely manner Ty Mario
