On Time Steam Cleaning

What an amazing company, staff, service and quality cleaning. Very professional and truly listened to what I needed for my silk carpets. They did an exceptional job, were on time, communicated well, and will use them again.

Jen and the team at OTSC are a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and accommodating; truly meaningful customer service! While a little pricier than others, I believe it is worth it. I had 4 rugs, including 2 10x10s sent out to be cleaned after house-training a new dog. I was not convinced they could be saved. When returned-on time-they were pristine. They haven’t looked this good in a while. The quality of the work, the commitment to meeting my preferences (particularly in re-laying the rugs, and the willingness to go the extra step made it all worth while. Thank you!

after having water damage from a burst pipe, i had my wall to wall carpet steam cleaned. they did an incredible job. i highly recommend their work & would contact them again for any of my future steam cleaning needs

On Time Steam Cleaning did a superb job with my rugs. They were able to come in quickly, and worked miracles. I did not think this rug was salvageable - it had the remains of everything my son has eaten for dinner for years on it. It came back like new - incredible. Jen was wonderful throughout the process.
