I’ve moved over 16 times and this was hands down the smoothest move I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Once Upon A Move handled everything with care, efficiency, and professionalism. They packed and moved everything while I was able to focus on work, which was a total game changer, and for the first time ever my family didn’t have to lift a finger. The team moved quickly, treated my belongings like their own, problem-solved on the spot when items didn’t fit up the stairs, and even assembled my bed at the end. The entire process was seamless, organized, and completely stress-free. I can’t recommend Once Upon A Move enough and would absolutely use them again.

The Owner Alex and his staff were outstanding. The Movers were friendly, customer-oriented, professional and knowledgeable. They handled all of my furnishings with care; communicated frequently with me throughout the move to make certain I was satisfied with the quality of care. They understood the task and got it done within the proposed timeline. While such qualities should be considered common, I’m often surprised how few companies exhibit such characteristics. The name of this company is evident in their performance. It’s almost unbelievable…it’s like a fairy tale to experience such expertise. I will use again and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who seek quality with moving and transporting.
