We came to leave an Avis car and entered parking to get more information. We asked the person there if this parking is connected with the rental one, and he confirmed. Less than 10 minutes later after checking with the central operator, we come to take the car out. After blaming each other and arguing that “they cannot do anything”, the 3 people there (including a manager) charge us full night rate 17$/n for less than 10m inside.

Two separate garages, one entrance. Turned right instead of left and had to pay additional $70 for the wrong turn into center plaza on top of what I paid to spot hero for 1 beacon. BE WARY OF TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT AFTER ENTERING.

Avoid parking here if can. Scammy parking prices and no accessible way to exit and enter the parking lot on the weekends or after 6pm on weekdays. Why shut down half of the elevators? Stupid

The “manager” Gary is very rude & unpleasant to deal with. Easily frustrated & flat out doesn’t know how to communicate. Poor traits for a manager that deals with people on the daily basis. Doesn’t know how to manage at all as this places’ rules change depending on the day you go they can decide to charge you whatever they want with no rhyme or reason.

Their day rates are crazy but the night rates are actually very reasonable. I paid around $14 on the app to park my car here for about 3 hours past 7pm and from around 7pm-4am, you'll only pay $14 to keep your car there. Just go in, scan the barcode on the scanner and the barrier lets you in. There was a dude at the bottom level who directed me on where to park my car. He asked me how long I would be parked and informed me that he would try to not box my car in. I parked up to the wall and when I came back, there was an SUV parked in my lane so I couldn't reverse straight but since my sides were empty, I just reversed to the side to get out. Overall, I had a fine time with this parking garage, no complaints. Bear in mind that the entrance to this place is on Trenton street next to some sto
