One Clinton Park Garage (Propark)

They damaged my car the first few weeks I moved into the building here, there is a hole in the metal, and they are claiming it wasn’t them without following up with their evidence protocol. They informed me they would provide me with video footage showing that the car entered with that damage and all o received was a voicemail saying they are denying the claim and they will not answer any of my return calls. On a regular day, you have to wait 20-30 min for your car, and I’ve had to wait 40 min in the past so be aware. The one good thing is that the valet staff is excellent. They are very kind and helpful, very receptive to requests for time of retrieval, and are clearly overworked but still do a great job.
