One Greenway Garage (Pilgrim Parking)

If you want your car smashed, your wallet emptied, and your dignity stomped into the pavement, by all means park here. This garage is a chaotic metal pinball machine disguised as a parking facility. They cram in spots like clown cars at a circus, except nobody is laughing when you try to squeeze out without losing a mirror. The staff? Imagine the exact opposite of customer service. They treat paying customers like we’re inconveniencing them by existing. Rude, disrespectful, and allergic to any kind of accountability. You’d get friendlier help from a traffic cone. We chose this garage because they advertise ChargePoint charging as part of our expensive monthly fee. Surprise! The chargers are broken. Have been broken. Expensive, tight spaces, extremely difficult to get in and out without door bumping. Sometimes, not enough room to get out if parked next to a larger car. Some spaces have stuff hanging overhead. Scratched the roof of my small SUV on an AC unit and the side of my car on a column pulling out when a small truck parked in the adjoining space. They also take no responsibility for stolen items.

Paid $400 a month to park here because of lack of options. Elevator was broken for probably about 3 months of the year we parked here. That forced my pregnant wife to walk up the parking ramps while pushing a stroller. No apologies or financial compensation. Garage was broken into and a couple cars were vandalized. There was a human poop in a parking space for a few weeks. Security is not really security- it's someone sitting on their phone in the room not even watching the cameras. The employees have no training from management. Everyone defers everything to "the manager" every time a question was asked. The manager and employees are unable to communicate effectively. Spots are not assigned and we were told to leave our keys for our car so they could move our car? Unbelievably poor servic

Pre -pay is a scam! I reserved a parking spot at One Greenway Garage 2 days before and when I arrived at my designated time the lot was full. No attendant on site. I asked for a refund (still waiting for a response). Unfortunately, a lesson learned. Beware: reserving a parking spot doesn't guarantee you have parking.

Parking lot. Slightly discounted after hours or on weekends. Machine didn't work taking credit cards, so had to use cash when it didn't read any of my cards.
