One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Kannapolis

If there was ever a organization that you should not use it's one hour heating and cooling, they give bad service, exaggerate repairs, no options other than spend money, replace unit, then try to up sell you on how prices are about to go up, would not honor their proposal for more that a 'few' days .... Signed up for the yearly service plan, requested a tech to come out and look at an issue I was having. After two service visits, both were way off the on the issue. First tech said I need a new thermostat, I replaced, same issue, the next tech told me my system was failing and needed replacement and to fix the current issue as $1,900+ (thermostat was not the issue). I asked why the first tech did not come up with the same analysis, the answer was basically, 'don't know.' One hour did r

Brian was wonderful! He was initially scheduled for Friday, but promptly called and asked to see if we could reschedule. Once he arrived he was very thorough, and he walked me through every step of the process. Will definitely return for future a/c servicing!

Brian is a kind and friendly pro. My mother has an older system yet Brian was able to diagnose and fix with no problem. I think the business is new and I hope them continued success. I will certainly be calling again if anyone I know has a heat or cooling issue. It is rare these days to get this level of service anymore. This place is a pleasant exception. Excellent in all regards!

June 26, someone came to check my AC. It has stopped working. The gentleman told me that he would take a look and see what was going on. He then came back and told me it was the control board. He told me that my AC unit was old and I really need to get a new AC unit. He said that he can get me a control board but it was not guaranteed it would work. He recommended over and over to purchase a new AC. I explained to him that I could not purchase a new AC because he did let me know the AC unit was $10,000. I told him I was going out of town. I needed time to think about it. He explained to just put a deposit down for the board and I can make up my mind when I get back. I had a second opinion done and it was not the board. I am so happy with how responsive they are. From the initial call to the completion of the work, I did not have a bad experience. Chris came right out on time and educated me through the whole process. I learned what I needed to do going forward to maintain my unit. I called two businesses prior to them. I’m sticking with them and encouraging others to do the same. So professional! I wanted to post pictures of before and after the work but don’t think I am able to do so.
