Mario was on it right away and agreed we had a vibration issue after a new unit was installed on our roof. Unfortunately, he could not resolve this on his own and we will need a crew to come out and add rubber to absorb the vibration and hope this goes away once and for all so we don't have to feel like we are in an airplane waiting to take off. 8/7 update: guys came back out. Literally no change in the outcome of the vibration in the house. We all stood in the area you feel it the most and definitely could feel it as the motor ramped up. But is now very noticable after they left. They added pads and said they did some tweaking to the unit. My biggest question is why they didn't use the same footprint and Install longer boards to spread the load over more joists? And did not install

I called this company and it's true, the technician Justin was here in like 20 minutes. Justin the technician was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. It had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. The customer service lady was also very friendly and helpful. Well, he looked at it for about an hour, maybe even more and said everything needed to be replaced, he's my second opinion. He also suggest that I get a new air conditioner. It's a 2019. I'm not an air conditioner expert but he's my second opinion and 2500 more then first opinion so who is right? Plus totally different opinion on what is wrong lol. Going with none of you and getting two hose personal air conditioners they are same energy-efficient items and 3000 dollars cheaper.

The scheduling and communication involved with our first service was flawless. We recieved a text before the service appt. with the technician's picture. Justin arrived shortly thereafter to address the pilot light not lighting on our 34 y/o furnace. He was very pleasant and professional. After Justin's attempts at resolving the issue, his evaluation of the issues involved and taking into consideration the age of the system, it was obvious we needed a new furnace. Justin guided us through the process of getting a quote, completed the paperwork and scheduled the installation for the next day. Justin took care of everything for us and waved the service call.
