We had our semi-annual HVAC inspection and maintenance work this last week. Amber Ballance was the tech and did a great job! She was highly professional, very detailed and thorough. She covered any potential issues we could have including making sure to put a reminder for the fall inspection to have the UV bulbs with her for replacement as their time would be up, saving us an extra call. Great job and a very professional.

From scheduling the estimate to speaking with employees to the installation, so far everything has been top notch. The gentleman that did the estimate was very courteous (made sure his shoes were clean and didn’t track dirt inside like another company did) and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided explanations to anything I asked. I was able to speak with the owner who got back to me quickly with answers, even after normal hours. The ladies in the office for scheduling and billing were easy to work with and the two tech that came out to do the work were great!! They laid drop cloths and even swept up after installing everything. If I could leave a 0, I would. I had Jay come out to check out my HVAC unit as I knew I was going to need a new one. He then sent me an estimate for a new one. He did recognize the problem I had with moisture, but he did not go under my crawl space to check out the ducts. The estimate said little about duct work. I asked him about it and he assumed I was using old duct work? I don’t go under my house, I have no idea what the duct work looks like. Was suppose to call me back the next morning to reschedule an actual correct inspection. Day 2. No call.. yet I get an email again with the estimate regarding what to do to sign it. Thank you Hudson Air for doing the job correctly. Would never refer this company to anyone !!!

Amber was my technician for bi-annual tune up and she is amazing! Courteous,professional, and I love that she has done these checks for me the last 3 times so she is familiar with my system. Highly recommend One Hour H&C!
