We have been Pella customers for many years and after our salesperson retired, Tom Gordon became our new salesman. We have developed a great working relationship and friendship. I trust his recommendations and his product knowledge is top level. As a former window manufacturer himself Tom stands behind the product he sales because he knows they are the best. I enjoyed working with Tom Gordon to have 11 of 15 windows replaced. He recommended the right model and came to measure them for accuracy. I contacted Tom Gordon to look at some existing Pella windows in a customers house about 2 years ago. Tom met me and gave me some options on the existing door and estimates on some new windows. Tom was knowledgeable about the product he sells and stayed in contact with me. I had never used Pella windows and doors at the time, but since I have placed a few window and door orders with Tom and found a good product with a knowledgeable sales rep.

My local Pella rep, Tom Gordon, has been wonderful to work with. We had a slider that needed to be replaced a couple of years ago. Tom scheduled time to come see our door and measured for a replacement just for the slider panel. When it arrived it was perfect. This summer while my wife and I were out of town, our lawn service managed to break the outer pane of the same door while mowing. I called Tom and requested a new panel. Tom provided me a quote and then placed the order for me making it painless. We appreciate great service even for a relatively small job. Thanks Tom and Pella!
