Very impressed with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician, Kameron, was here in a timely fashion, and diagnosed my issue. Our previous vendor continued to come out and just recharge our system, never once suggesting we find the root of the problem. I was actually in their office one day, and heard, Andrew, the owner, speaking with someone on the phone. Rather than upselling the customer, he repeatedly told them they didn’t need to purchase a larger unit from him, as a smaller one would suffice. Honesty. That is getting harder to come by these days. Kudos to Andrew and his team! They are now my HVAC company.

Ryan was efficient and friendly and explained everything in detail while making sure I got the repairs I needed.

Ryan & Quintin did an excellent job getting our A/C repaired! Our A/C completely went out. We didn’t have air for over a week. We called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They were very reasonable and worked hard to get the parts needed to fix the problem. I would highly recommend! I’ll be using them moving forward for any issues with our HVAC system.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service team was friendly over the phone, and the technician initially seemed to fix the issue. However, the cost was shockingly high for just 2 lbs of freon. Our tenant had heat for a brief moment, but less than 24 hours later, the system failed again. When I called back, the company tried to charge another excessive fee for a leak inspection—claiming the original diagnostic didn’t include checking for leaks. That should’ve been part of the first visit, especially at the price I paid. I would not recommend this company at all. Overpriced, incomplete work, and zero accountability.

Quintin showed up 3 hours ahead of schedule. He went up/down my attic at least 10 times. He told me, "I'm going find your problem and fix it. I don't care how long it takes". That meant a lot. He resolved my issue. My heat is peaking at operational level. I'm grateful for his commitment on resolving my problem. Thank you One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and thank you Quintin.
