One Parking

This parking location is centrally located in Boston. The building is a shprt walk to and from China Town - a must see for visitors to the city. The parking rates are reasonable and there's no haggling about tickets. The parking attendant was very friendly and courteous. Tip: the parking rate is lower if you purchase online, and you spot is guaranteed. This was a smooth experience.

Poor customer service and Validation often differs between the parking garage and what the business advertises. When asked to direct my question to the manager, the manager was focused on his phone and told me no further escalation can be provided and left with "Good Luck". Pricing and rates do not reflect signage and validation price changes with no explanation or documentation.

I had to park in this garage because the Garage at Post Office Square, which is my preferred garage, was full at the time. There is a single lane for exiting and entering, which is annoying. There is a worker who controls the flow of traffic. The inside is very cramped, yet the price is higher than other garages in the area. I wouldn’t park here again unless I had to (the fact that there were spots while other garages were full speaks to One Parking’s popularity).

Cheapest rates in Boston's financial district. I've parked here many times during weekdays in the evenings. The typical charge is ~$9 through SpotHero. Plenty of spots inside the garage. The space is wide; very easy to park and to open the door.

Visiting Boston from Philadelphia. Made a spot hero reservation for one night a month ago. Got there for my reservation and said they have no room for me. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s the smallest garage in Boston it’s so cramped in there
