One Parking

My parking experience today was terrible. This parking garage is a multi-purpose facility that serves both valet and public parking. There was only one lane for both directions of traffic, which almost caused a head-on collision with another car. Furthermore, an attendant, identified as Chris by his uniform, disrespectfully asked if I knew how to drive. This situation is extremely frustrating and dangerous due to the single lane that forces cars to alternate going forward and backward. This operational setup is not only a potential safety and fire hazard but is also managed by very disrespectful staff members

The absolute worst parking experience ever downtown I go downtown once maybe every 7-8 years. Had to meet with attorney due to overpayment to athletico had to pickup a check and I see early bird parking $18.99 figure I'll take it. Let me tell you they don't even have park spots they just put you wherever is convenient and park the cars so close together I'm noticing dings all over my door and hood like someone keyed my car and I was there for all of 30 min tops pick up a check and leave I go and leave (also no elevator to 6th floor) I leave and stop at gate to pay and it shows $34.99 so I call after I get out of downtown Chicago and they say in fine print that it's 5 hour minimum ???? Lik what ? So you charge someone $18.99 for 5 hours but $35 for 30 min just doesn't make sense: beware and

This is the most ridiculous place to park. So I’m assuming there’s an extra fee for valet parking. Self parking is a nightmare. There’s no elevator going up beyond the 3rd floor so I had to walk up to the 6th floor. It looks like there’s no handicap access parking nor spaces at this facility either. The facility is very small and tight. I will not park at this facility ever again. Not the best customer service either. Save yourself some time and money.

The worst parking garage i ever used. The only way to access any level above 3 is by stairs. You have to walk up or down until you reach level 3 to access the garage or the elevator to take you to ground level. This garage is a complete mess. There are no lights and its very dark in the evening. Horrible experience and will never park here again.

Complete nightmare. Parked here and when show was done, they had locked all doors that lead to the garage so after going through multiple circles, we ended up having to walk up the RAMP that cars take to get in. You should also know that there are no elevators so if you parked higher up (chances are you did because there are no spots in the first couple of floors), you will have to find the mysterious stairs that you have to take all the way up.
