Car is never ready when you request it, the staff openly told me they ignore the text requests that pop up on the massive screen in front of them. You call them to give the info, and they don’t pick up the phone 75% of the time with no voicemail set up to leave a message. If you’re somehow able to get them on the phone it still doesn’t matter, you’ll still have to wait 10+ minutes for your car when you arrive at the exact time you said you need it. Half the time you show up nobody is even in the office, and you just have to wait til they reappear
The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, great experience!
Impossible to get in and out. Very overpriced!
