One Parking

THIS PARKING GARAGE IS TRASH! They want to charge employees of the beach restaurants $100+ a month to park on the roof and the elevators barely ever work. I had a Pompano Beach Firefighter tell me they’re not safe to use and he wouldn’t recommend getting in them. Also there’s NEVER employees on site for issues with people getting in or out so I’ve waited several occasions 15+ mins to get out of the garage. None of the employees are ever on the same page with rules and it seems they make their own up whenever suites them. This place is total trash and I would not recommended ever using. Huge fail on the city’s part.

Worst experience from beginning to end due to the worker behind the desk (Lou) delegating the attendants. We used the valet service in front of the Beach House restaurant in Pompano Beach area. Upon arrival, he sent the worker to assist the car BEHIND us...a Porsche (much nicer than our car of course). Then when leaving, Lou once again attempted to skip us and help customers BEHIND us. Lou, your bigoted ways did not go unnoticed. Learn to treat ALL people with respect.....not only the ones that fit your special criteria!

Worst city parking staff I’ve ever encountered with. Very unprofessional and unkind towards patients that are parking and a little older in age and needing a grace period to pay for there parking. 2 years ago paying for parking wasn’t enforced. The city is just be greedy and adding devalue to the places of business within this plaza .

The worst valet ever. I valeted my car and when I went to retrieve it (at 11pm), they left early. Took my keys (with my house keys on it). Left my convertible top down and I had to stay in a hotel for the night.

Ask for handicap parking info, get snippy responses from only attendant there at the time, April 26, 2023 at 10ish a.m. at Isle Casino Pompano. Wish I could have left a zero star.
