One Seaport Garage

You guys can’t be serious right now. I just had movie that was 3.5hr long (avatar) and use just restroom and left. We passed only 7min charged us 44 dollar! I am ganna file credit card complain about you guys and this must be consolidated for anyone using your building for good.

Rude Staff, Worst Service! This garage is the last place I’ll ever park. The staff here are unbelievably rude and completely mannerless. Instead of helping customers, they talk back, behave arrogantly, and make you feel like you’re disturbing them by simply asking a question. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy. If you expect even the most basic respect, don’t bother coming here. Management seriously needs to train their employees—or better yet, replace them. I came here to park my car, not to deal with attitude and disrespect. Absolutely pathetic experience. Please avoid this place

The garage itself is good. Seems well-maintained and you can get from and to your car without running the risk of being run over, which is a nice contrast with some other downtown parking garages. That privilege comes at a high price though. Would be great if it'd at least a little cheaper than 42 bucks for approximately 3 hours...

Please consider this as no star Worst place and worst people in this whole world Staff is extremely bad and mannerless I have few friends experienced this too. every-time either water issues or parking issues or safety issues In south boston avoid this place at any cost prices are too high

Parked here today, lost ticket but immediately went to a parking agent to ask what to do. He said “oh don’t worry, when you leave just tell them and they can check the cameras and charge you accordingly”. An hour later I go to leave, the office agents say to pull up to the checkout and they will take care of it - long story short they charged me the full $48 without warning because apparently that’s the policy for a lost ticket. So glad the first agent was so truthful with me when I asked what to do initially after I parked there. Great way for them to take advantage of someone who made an honest mistake and immediately tried to rectify it, but in the end they couldn’t have cared less as long as they got their money. Do not park here.
