We use One Source Mechanical for our routine maintenance. Then we had the unfortunate luck to lose our AC as the heat was rising. One Source Mechanical quickly came out and determined we needed a replacement. They offered numerous fair and transparent quotes so we moved forward ASAP. The 2 employees that came out to do the installation were polite, professional and hard working. Would highly recommend and we will definitely keep using them for our HVAC needs.
The team came to my home to clean out a dryer vent that had not been cleaned for about 7 years. They were prompt, professional, polite and set the expectation that it would take a few hours. Which it did. I greatly appreciated their flat fee for the service as I can understand a job like this would take more time than others. They recommended ongoing cleaning every 1-2 years. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone for this service.
Highly recommend! Our technician, Hunter, came out on a Sunday evening in 90° heat. He was very professional, friendly and polite and got the job done quickly!
