From start to finish - a great experience! Would highly recommend One Stop, and I will definitely use them again. The online estimate tool was super easy to use, scheduling was a breeze, and I appreciated the good communication ahead of the appointment via email and text. Day-of, Leo was fantastic. Professional and friendly, and respectful of my home (especially the walls and corners which he took care to protect from the hoses and cords used for cleaning). He let me know what was going on every step of the way, and completed the job in record time. My carpets look great and I couldn't be happier!

*BEST SERVICE VALUE EVER!* We have multiple children and a dog in our home and our couch, chairs, and rugs were in need of serious cleaning. The chairs and couch had been professionally cleaned before, but still had many remaining stains. We were thinking we would need to begin costly replacements of our furniture until we used One Stop Cleaning. Our couches and chairs look BRAND NEW. I am not exaggerating. All stains and smells DISAPPEARED. This is saving us thousands of dollars! We could not be more pleased and will be be working with One Stop for years to come because the service was so superb.
